About This Crop
Grown at high altitude in rich volcanic soils, Gilberto’s coffee is hand-picked at peak ripeness. He uses a transitional fermentation process, followed by natural sun-drying, resulting in a coffee that beautifully expresses the unique terroir of Acevedo, Huila.
